So, there wasn't much in the way of studio time today, but most of that was due to the fact that we spent a goodly portion of the evening at a concert at the Heritage Center. Ana Gasteyer (of SNL fame) performed with her jazz combo, and was surprisingly, astoundingly good.
I did spend a lot of time today thinking about all three of my recording projects, though, and while finishing off the EP that I've been talking about for far too long is the obvious first priority, I'm really not sure whether to go power pop after that, or to focus on the double album. All if this is putting the cart well before the horse, on some level, but it's going to be interesting trying to find that balance this year. I feel like I've done an okay job for the first nine days of the year, though.
That's really it for today. I'm optimistic that tomorrow and Monday will be more productive in nature.
