Today was a good day.
There's a blues lesson in the new issue of Guitar Techniques that I spent a bit of time with today. I learned a few new things, and helped further my knowledge when it comes to scales and soloing and fretboard knowledge.
Today might not have been the ever-elusive "great leap forward," but it was definitely a day where a few pieces clicked into place.
It was also a day where I got a bit of lyric written. As usual, it was nothing complete, but it was another small step in the process.
And yet, it wasn't as focused of a day as I would have liked it to be. I would really like for tomorrow to be an intense music day from start to finish.
