Made it to Uncle Ike's around 11:30 this morning. The line wasn't too long, but I was still there until about 1:30, between waiting in line and then looking around. I'm just glad that there wasn't a ton of money sitting in my guitar fund, or I would have been walking out of there with a brand new Telecaster as well.
I'm always glad to have some needed repairs done on my instruments, because it makes the urge to play even stronger than normal. Today, however, I was still fighting this rather wicked cold, so by the time I got home from Ike's, I was exhausted. Did some listening during the rest of the day, but didn't get much else accomplished. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
